Richard Bernier followed followed and filmed Dr. Carl Mumpower on his travels about the NC-11 Congressional District this past Saturday as he traveled from event to event.
Bernier has a weekly 2 hour call-in show on URTV in Asheville, NC, called Sound Off Buncombe, and this 30 minute program will be airing on the show soon.

I hope they do as well. I would like to see all the candidates in both parties embrace the power of the New Media.
