Now, we have a disturbing trend of acts of violence against Wal Mart Stores, perhaps spurred on by lefty propaganda to acts of violence.
Last fall, the Wal Mart Supercenter I visit several times a week was targeted,
and the criminals have yet to be apprehended. From the SBI:
WALMART STORE EXPLOSION INVESTIGATION On September 26, 2007, there was an explosion at the Wal Mart Superstore in Sylva, NC that resulted in the injury of five people. The investigation is being conducted by the Sylva Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff?s Office, the NC State Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The investigation by these agencies has determined that an explosive device (IED) was deliberately placed in the area of the small propane tanks used for camping. There are three persons of interest that entered the Wal Mart prior to the incident. One of the three was in the area moments before the explosion. A composite drawing of one of these subjects was obtained by investigators through a witness who was in the WalMart at the time of the explosion.Source: North Carolina SBI
Now, I find that a similar event has happened, this time in Boone, NC:
On July 30, the Boone Police Department issued a request for public assistance in identifying the person responsible for the explosive device found at Wal-Mart two weeks ago.
The bomb was discovered by an employee opening the store's main entrance just before 6 a.m. Upon arriving on the scene, Boone Police and fire officials called the Wilkes County special operations bomb squad, the closest specialty unit in the region. The Wilkes bomb squad disassembled the device, separating the components, which consisted of a copper center piece, two butane tanks and flash powder, and detonated each piece individually.
Officials reported when the device was discovered, the slow fuse on the bomb had apparently been ignited, but apparently fizzled out.
Detective Matt Stevens of the Boone Police Department said the surveillance footage from the store's security cameras shows a male jogging toward the front of the store, loitering at the front door, as if placing the device, then fleeing on foot.
Stevens said Wednesday no new information can be released at this time.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for placing the bomb.
Anyone with information can call the ATF bomb hotline at (888) ATF BOMB, or (888) 283-2662; the NC State Bureau of Investigations at (800) 334-3000; or the Boone Police Department at (828) 268-6900 or the Crimestoppers line at (888) 283-2662.
All information will be treated confidentially, and callers may remain anonymous by request.

If lefties can argue that conservatives like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and talk radio encourages violence, why not the same from the left?
