This is not the first time I have heard the story behind the Star Spangled Banner. It still made me cry this morning as I heard it again. I hope Americans appreciate the sacrifices our flag represents and I hope they will continue to understand why we must keep her up. Happy Independence Day to all my fellow patriots out there!
